Welcome! I'm a PhD Researcher in Political Science at the European University Institute.
I work in the fields of comparative politics and public policy, with a focus on social policy (particularly education policy) and a regional focus on Latin America.
In my dissertation, I study the conditions under which policies attain “staying power” in contexts marked by frequent and radical institutional change, with an empirical focus on subnational Brazil.
Currently, I'm a Fulbright Visiting Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Previously, I was a Visiting Researcher at the University of Zurich and the Fundação Getulio Vargas. I hold a MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
